365-82 Prime Time Meatloaf

Sweet Shot Day
I’m including this in  “Sweet Shot Tuesdays,” over at My 3 Boybarians, run by Darcy, an amazing graphics designer, professional photographer,  homeschooler and blogger. Pop on over to see lots of other great shots taken by fellow blogger-photo enthusiasts.

365-81 Peppers

I was 37 years old before I ever used red or green peppers in a recipe, but after becoming blogging friend with Tiffany at Eat At Home Cooks. I tried two that my family adores. One is meatloaf (recipe below), which my kids fight over. The other is sweet and sour chicken, which cooks in a crock pot. I’ll share that recipe at another time. To find tons more delicious recipes, head over to Eat At Home Cooks. You won’t be disappointed!

Funny note – when my older sons came home from Karate and saw that I had fixed meatloaf they both said “aww… yeah…hehe,” and rubbed their hands together. They love Tiffany’s Prime Time meatloaf! Tomorrow morning they’ll be asking to have the leftovers for breakfast.
